Booking Terms
- Payment is taken in full at booking to secure your slot.
- Rescheduling: 24 hours' notice or more, and we'll move it free of charge.
- Late cancellation or no-show (under 24 hours): lesson is forfeited, non-refundable.
Genuine emergencies are always looked at individually — this policy keeps lessons fair and consistent for everyone.

Membership FAQ
Can I switch tiers?
Yes — move up or down at your next monthly renewal. Just let us know before your renewal date.
What if I need to cancel?
After your initial 3-month commitment, membership is rolling monthly. Give 14 days' notice before your next billing date.
What if I miss a lesson as a member?
One missed lesson per month can be rescheduled within that month at no charge. Beyond that, the standard 24-hour policy applies.
Do I need my own drum kit?
No — a full kit is provided at the studio. Just bring yourself, and sticks if you have a favourite pair.
Is there an age limit?
Not at all — complete beginners through advanced players, teens through adults. No judgement, whatever stage you're at.
