Bookings & Payment

All bookings for drum lessons and studio hire must be paid in full at the time of booking via our online booking system. Payments are processed securely through Square.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable, regardless of reason, and the full booking fee will be retained.
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior cancellation) are treated the same as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours' notice will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability, at no extra charge.
• In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a booking, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative slot at no additional cost.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a lesson or studio session, your booking will still end at the originally scheduled time. We're unable to extend sessions to make up for lost time due to late arrival.

Studio & Equipment Use

Customers hiring the studio are responsible for treating all equipment and the space with care. Any damage caused through misuse may be charged to the customer.
