Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also file paperwork, make copies, fax documents, and mail information to customers, as needed. You will assist the office manager with entering time, creating invoices, sending invoices, and other clerical duties related to running the business. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, office experience, and strong organizational skills. 

Responsibilities 

• Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
• Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
• Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
• Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
• Assist the office manager with entering time, creating and sending invoices, and other tasks related to running the company. 

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
