People Caring For And About People.Your Role as an Dietary Aide:Support meal preparation, setup, service, and cleanup to ensure residents receive timely, appetizing meals in appropriate portions.Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dining environment by following all infection control, safety, sanitation, and HIPAA standards.Assist residents with menu selections and contribute to a calm, supportive, and compassionate dining experience.Communicate positively with residents, families, and team members, participate in required training, and support team needs as assigned.What We're Looking For:Minimum of a 10th grade education with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.Physical ability to stand for extended periods; lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; and perform routine movements throughout the shift.Emotional resilience and compassion to remain calm and supportive while working with elderly residents in a healthcare environment.Your Next Step Starts Here!
