We're a small team — which means the people we bring in have a real say in what we build and how we build it. About this role Character animations, tools, abilities. We want movement that reads clearly and feels responsive — nothing floaty, nothing stiff. Roblox has its own quirks with the rig system, so experience there helps. You Will Produce character and tool animations for in-game use Rig and animate using Roblox's character system (R15/custom rigs) Ensure animations feel responsive and read clearly at gameplay speed Iterate based on feedback from playtest sessions and the design team Deliver animation exports ready for direct import into Studio You Have Animation reel or examples from past work Blender or Maya Solid foundation — weight, timing, follow-through Roblox animation experience preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
